msd how do i put it on?
i just bought the msd blaster ss coil, the capand rotor. but i dont know how to put it on? anybody know...i was told that i didnt need the 6al yet. so i just want to run the external coil. i got a first gen b16 obdo.. can sombody help?
1st of all msd is garbage..2nd ,the stock honda ignition has been proven to handle 9000revs and +700whp..3rd look here for instructions if you're set on installing that thing http://www.msdignition.com/downld1.htm

hes got a turbo setup so its not really extreme..its about normal since the damn msd box keeps breaking up under boost..

Well true with that, but still 30 is alot if the case its a high HP setup yes I could see it.
But a DYI or low power kit I couldn't.
MSD = teh fail.

i dont know why..its not just hondas either i had (2) 6al parrelel on my old rx-7 and they were running 100% perfect for a couple months then boom,,started breaking up,and one day it just broke,,switched to mallory and had no more issues i know the guy i sold it to he said it starts up every day ,,and this guy beats the **** out of it revving to 10,500rpm all the time,,

The only thing its good for is the MSD coil packs on LSX motors are sexy, too bad they suck..
That's odd I really don't know anyone whos had luck with MSD, yet it is one of the if not the largest brand name for ignitions.
