I have a 1990 Acura Legend. Recently, whenever I stop in traffic, it does not throttle normal..it vibrates for a few seconds and then it shuts off.
I had the wires and cap replaced, however the problem still occur at times. Also, there are times when I put in reverse and it shuts off-the battery and parking brake light li-tup on the dash bord when it shuts off.....what could be the problem(s)
Another question, there are times when I am driving between 50-60 kmh, I can feel and hear vibration in the enging and the vehicle shakes.

there is a forum for acuras on this website; Those are a little different from Accords. Have you tried to clean the throttle body with a toothbrush and Berrymans B-12; The idle air control might have a bunch of carbon crap in it.
The high speed vibration could be bad tire balance/ bad tires/ or Inner CV joints bad.
