if your throwing those 3 exact codes it sounds like you got the tps and map connectors switched up

No. The atmospheric pressure (PA) sensor is inside the ECU on OBD-1 and OBD-2 vehicles.

Just because you don't know what it looks like, that doesn't mean it's not there.

I stand corrected, there is a sensor in the ecu marked PA, I read somewhere that those two codes where part of the map sensor

They don't exist on JDM and EDM ECUs.

A code 13 generally comes form a defective PA sensor. It's soldered to the ECU, but it is replaceable. I would say that without a doubt the TPS and MAP plugs are reversed.

What ECU is being used in this setup?

I was going to say that you should switch the tps and map sensor plugs and see what happens, that usually solves the problem. Make sure you got the wires right if you cut the plugs

So many smart *** douche bags around here...

Check to make sure you don't have the TPS and the MAP sensor plugs switched. Sounds like you do. The barometric pressure sensor code will need to be resolved by switching ECU's. There is no "fix" for it once it goes bad. Unless you have a chipped ECU, then you can simply disable it.

as stated above JDM ECUs do not have the baro sensor. Not a big deal unless you change altitude drastically during your drive.

with a good tune disabling the baro sensor will not be noticable at all.

and like everyone has said, if you get this code honda says to clear it, if it comes back replace the ECU.
