13 BARO - atmospheric pressure sensor. weres it located?
are you sure cuz im throwing codes
5.manifold absolute pressure sensor
7.throttle position sensor
13.atmospheric pressure sensor

No. The atmospheric pressure (PA) sensor is inside the ECU on OBD-1 and OBD-2 vehicles.

yup its inside your ecu. on obd0 cars its next to the ecu. i hate it when people give wrong information

Just because you don't know what it looks like, that doesn't mean it's not there.

well i did a mini me swap and goin to use the 00ex ecu but it went wrong and jus rippped it out. so right now im useing the y7 head and 00 dx ecu. i tryed switching the map and tb sensor but i jus died when i gave it gas. i cut the wires do you think that can made it expletive up? sorry i know i should have not cut them but its too late now.
I was going to say that you should switch the tps and map sensor plugs and see what happens, that usually solves the problem. Make sure you got the wires right if you cut the plugs

So many smart *** douche bags around here...
Check to make sure you don't have the TPS and the MAP sensor plugs switched. Sounds like you do. The barometric pressure sensor code will need to be resolved by switching ECU's. There is no "fix" for it once it goes bad. Unless you have a chipped ECU, then you can simply disable it.

as stated above JDM ECUs do not have the baro sensor. Not a big deal unless you change altitude drastically during your drive.
with a good tune disabling the baro sensor will not be noticable at all.
and like everyone has said, if you get this code honda says to clear it, if it comes back replace the ECU.
