I took the car to the tunning shop and they put it on the Dyno..the car ran well at High RPM...
253 HP
they said the car was fine as it was and did no require any tunning...
they car runs good and strong except at IDLE .
you can hear the air pockets coming out from the exhaust every time it mis-fire!

check your sparkplugs. its amazing the effect those have on the ECU and well... all the problems you're describing.
I had irradic idle, misfiring, smoke clouds, etc... ended up being the spark plugs.
Edit: oh and you don't need KPro, its amazing and I love mine, but eManage has more than proven itself time and time again. If anything to do with the EMS, blame the tuners. And get it tuned by someone. Not the shop you took it to previously, they obviously didn't know what to do. Find a reputable shop and pay the extra money for quality service, you'll be glad you did.

Will a Blow OFf valve Make any difference??
I'm planning to replace the spark plugs tomorrow even though the ones in the car are only 6 months old and worked great before the turbo kit...
i'm also going to have the shop that installed the Greedy Turbo Kit inspect the INJECTORs maybe one of them is deffective...
other than that i'm running out of options...(tunnning is next and probably K pro which is going to cost me another $1000.
wish me luck!

Its probably the spark plugs. Everytime you increase the hp, the rule of thumb is for every 50HP, you go one step colder in plugs.
Blow off valve wont make any difference at idle unless the one you have now isnt closed all the way.

emanage SUCKS for the K20. i would definetly spend the money and get K-pro along with a good tune. people in the clubrsx forums are having all sorts of problems with that engine management... i dont think its stable enough yet, too many bugs in that program
