RSX Turbo Idle to High..??
hi i just installed custom turbo setup on 03 rsx not type S and im having a problem. I start the car up and it idles real high..any opinions on what it might be, its driving me nuts now..its t3/t4 turbo..38mm wastegate..i checked all vacc lines and no leaks i have no idea what it might be can anyone help?

Do you have any sort of tune on it? There's a possibility the idle rpm was bumped up in the tune. What is your TPS sensor reading (# voltage or # %)? What are your LTFT %'s at?
If you don't have a OBD2 scanner of any sort, you're **** outta luck.

car is not tuned yet..i put the turbo and i was going to go tune it but i cant tune once i fix the problem..i have an obd2 reader so what must i do exactly?

Does it have bigger injectors or anything? If not then there's an air leak or your throttle cable is hung up, etc. Installing a turbo kit correctly is not going to make it idle higher.

no i got a local shop about 15min away all they do is tune hondas there real good but i checked all vacc hoes and everything seems fine..one thing i noticed was the wastegate has a hairline crack on the side of the housing..i have stock injectors btw...what do u mean my throttle cable is hung up?

how can i find out all the info u need..i got the offical obd2 tool to clear codes and check info do u know the steps?
