ok this is a liquid block guard, some have problly seen this but its just a help hit for those who haven't.

Just FYI.
That block ended up getting hairline cracks in every cylinder. There is debate about whether or not it was a result of the devcon.
Either way, be careful and research this method before attempting it yourself.

To sum it up. The devcon insulates the area of the cynlinder that it is touching which makes the combustion champer hotter and can cause detonation. Does it make the sleeves stronger, probably.
I really think the sleeves cracked cause he was pushing 20+ lbs of boost. Anyways, go over to turbod16.com and homemadeturbo.com, there are a few people over there using the devcon.
