Not designed for the Si. Why would you gain anything?

well it will probally not gain any hp. Beings that the ctr has higher compression and that it has better cams and able to rev higher safely. with this said i wouldn't spend the money on it unless it is free then i say wtf give it a try

you are wrong, you dont just throw in a factory ECU and make more power, you should just chip the ECU you have now, or if you have mods, get it tuned for your upgrades.

I read that the pct ecu wont throw a cel with a test pipe although its obd2, I have I/h/e and looking to upgrade the ecu and cams...the pct would raise the rev limiter to give me more power right?

Raising the rev limiter dosen't give you more power unless your cams make power up there. 1.8 > 1.6. Yes, I know the B16B is a destroked B18C5. It is also OBD2B. Long story short, no I don't think it will.

I would think you'd be better off getting a chip and tune for the mods you've got and then updating it once you've upgraded those parts, often its as easy as ordering a chip (probably from one of H-t's wubulous sponsors) and popping it in most of the time. With that you could probably keep check engine lights from comming on even with a testpipe. (just my $0.02)

Although seeing that you're OBDII you might need a conversion harness to use a chipped ECU.
