Default Problems with OBX intake manifold after installation

I've got a 1995 Honda Civic EX 5-speed. I installed the OBX intake Manifold and it idles up and down from 1,500 to 2,250 rpm all the time with no pressure on the gas... And the brakes aren't working correctly because of the vaccum to the Brake Booster. What do I do to Get it running faster and smoother... and get the get the brakes working correctly?

THANKS

Yes, the vaccum hoses to the brake booster is connected. will check for leaks. Has anyone else had problems after installing an aftermarket intake manifold?

Yes, there's a new intake manifold gasket and TB gasket. A shop did it... What should i do to try to fix the idle and get it running faster because it's running slower.

If a shop did this, then you should be asking THEM questions, not us.

Well, if its showing signs of a vacuum leak (hunting idle) and the VACUUM assist brakes aren't working right, I think we know that the problem is and where to look, don't we?

Another thing i would check is to see if the throttle body is closed all the way and adjusted properly.

Had this same problem. And you got dicked by that shop. Remove the manifold (yourself), and check for seal marks on the gasket. Post the results
