No, I wouldn't recommend it. It can cause you to get worse gas mileage and cause other bad things.

my O2 sensors and Cat went bad at 53k miles. I took it to the dealer and they replaced it for free because of some "8/80 warranty". Go to the dealer and see if you still qualify.

Shouldn't hurt anything but gas mileage and possibly the cat. You can definetly drive without it though.

mine was busted and i got a new one. and its making my car miss really bad and hesitate. i drive with it off sometimes but yeah the gas mileage is bad that way. you burn gas rich like a mother. it was showing up on the back of my car so i plugged it back in and just live with the shitty response.

You will just get crappy gas milage cause you will be running hella rich. My buddy did it for 2 months.

I have been running without a primary oxygen sensor for well over a year now. Still get in the 30's mpg when I drive. My wife gets even higher since she dirves like a granny, while I seem to redline everytime I drive it. NO NOTICEABLE problems other than a constant CEL. I had the car completely checked over by Honda w few months ago to get some work done and everythign was A-OK. My wife had them check EVERYTHING and fix any problems found

Well at first look, nothing looks out of the ordinary. I have an HX which is a 5wire O2 sensor. I went turbo, so I hacked my harness to accept 4wireO2 sensors.

I have since went back to stock and gave my wife the car, so I am using the 5wire ECU and wire harness, with a 4wire installed.

that reminds me, i need to reset my code for the 02 on my daily.... comes one every 3,000 miles. it is like an oil change light... so, to answer the original poster's question, sure it is okay. but, everyone is correct in the fact that the car will run rich and you will lose fuel mileage. one day i'll change it...

I consistently get in the low 30's when I drive and my wife gets in the high 30's

I get 20 mpg with no o2s at all on a '99 Civic EX with a GReddy turbo kit. Not too bad.
