surging problem
my 95 civic ex is surging like a muta f**ker....and im getin pissed off...i changed/flush my coolent and got rid of the air bubbles...and change iac/map/tps sensor...and still does it...i even unbolted the iac and block the hold and still does it....so i have no ideal wat else to check so it will stop surgin....
