Default checked cel, now car won't start

Did some maintenance on my sol today and was trying to replace some sensors that I thought were bad (apparently a wiring issue). After I replaced them, I reset the ecu and checked the codes. I never pulled the jumper out after checking them. Later, I was driving down the road when I noticed the cel still flashing so I pulled the jumper out. The car just died. Now, it won't start. It didn't seem to be getting any spark. Couldn't find any blown fluses, cel is still flashing code 10 (so I'd assume the ecu is ok), and no obvious problems. Car is a 95 sol w/ a jdm b16 and hondata on a p28. Tried resetting the ecu and that had no effect. Anybody run into this before? Tried searching but couldn't find anything.
