Default Fuel management for turbo

I wanted to know if a v-afc 2 is good to for 7 psi tune on a 00 gsr?

i asked becuz i seen people tune their turbo cars with v-afc2 and have no problems. I am obd2 and done feel like converting to obd1

I think you mean OBD2 to OBD1. You should get Hondata or AEM EMS because after tuning, your car will see more of it's potential than just using VAFC.

why does the Aem ems cost so much more than the hondata? is it worth buying the EMS for 1500?

Crome Pro

Im tuned with Crome on 7ilbs daily driver and it runs like a champ. Im obd 2 too and converted to obd1. easy as a conversion harness and Obd 1 p28 chipped ecu.

why do you guys use the p28 ecu? does it control the butterflies like the p72?

im running a skunk 2 intake manifold on my 00 gsr with obd1 p28 chipped ecu. no cel no need to worry about the secondaries on the stock gsr manifold

ight thanks. when you put in your skunk 2 manifold how much of a power difference did it make?

i felt the difference at top end. big difference. pull s harder especially at full boost

what other options do you have if you don't want to do a obd-2 to obd-1 conversion without having to pay $1500 for an AEM-ems?

nothing that is it, and also u can't use a VAFC, with an obd2b ecu, cause one u will not have enough adjustablity, 2 obd2 willl learn around the setting u set, either go ems, or go crome pro, i am personally using crome pro, and it runs perfect and i run 10 psi daily( not that psi mean ****) but still stop tryin to be cheap about the one thing that u should have the best of engine management...

want a car that will last good engine management, good fueling, good tune do it right or don't do it at all!

yes you have to convert to obd1. harness obd2b-obd1 harness cost 80 bucks and the obd1 p28/ecu chipped cost about 150
