ctr pistons in a b18a?

well i have a chance to get ctr pistons for pretty cheap, 81.5 mm oversized. what else do you recommend to make this reliable. can i use the stock ls rods?

get a vtec head and type r cams for more hp

i ran them in my ls/vtec and used stock rods with arp rod bolts
