Default CTR Pistons on ls rods

im going to be building my ls vtec over the next couple of months. im getting some CTR pistons and rings relativley cheap and i have ls rods from a b18b. i know you have to machine the rods for ITR pistons cuz my buddy at work did it for his and was wondering is it the same thing as far as using CTR pistons on ls rods. ive searched didnt really come up with any answears any help is greatly appreciated thanx

should have no problem putting CTR pistons on your ls rods.
