Alternator problem after swap! Plz help!

Alternator problem after swap! Plz help!
So I recently finished my h22 swapinto my teg, and ever since, the alternator hasn't been charging the battery. I went and got it tested and the alternator was working fine, so I tested the connectivity of the 4 wires in the connector and their good, I'm lost here. Any help would be great!
help would be appreciated.
