Alternator problem after swap! Plz help!

Default Alternator problem after swap! Plz help!
So I recently finished my h22 swapinto my teg, and ever since, the alternator hasn't been charging the battery. I went and got it tested and the alternator was working fine, so I tested the connectivity of the 4 wires in the connector and their good, I'm lost here. Any help would be great!

what year car and what year motor? what obd ecu basicly

Car is 1998, engine is h22a, ecu is jdm p13. Any help would be appreciated.
