Theres a Few Cars on there with turboed F22's
There using DSM turbos with DSM Fuel Injectors
And actually
a friend of mine went to a junk yard, got a Side Mount intercooler from a volkswagen, had an old starion turbo, welded it straight to his stock exhaust manifold, and he ghetto rigged everything basically, but it worked, the turbo spools up and everything.. just needs to be adjusted and such..
but it is possible
He made a whole turbo kit for less than 300 dollars ( Had to buy intercooler piping, intercooler, various fittings

But you can redirll the holes to match it up but ill have to tune the ecu, im not sure how im planning on getting that done yet but I was wondering if i can use 2g dsm turbo and intercooler? i dont think the injectors from a 2g dsm will work because there 550cc. If not i can get 1g dsm injectors.
he was using uberdata
Although we never had it dynoed or anything
There is a Huge noticable Difference in performance
I know that He used to loose to horribly to a volkwagen GTi
Now he keeps up
and that was before he used uberdata..
But If you think about it
When you buy a turbo from a company your buying all brand new parts, and stuff..
Go to a junkyard and your buying used stuff and your mixing and matching parts
Thats why its so cheap. If you really want to make a homemade turbo and be successful its very easy.. and you can make it perform just as well as a turbonetics kit.. or any other company

I have a 2g dsm and im goning to swap the turbo on that soon. So i was thinking about using that turbo on my accord.
Same with the intercooler but i would have to custom the pipes, it doesnt seem all that hard.
WHAT is a J-pipe??? is it the pipe where it goes on the exhast? from the turbo??

no you can not redrill the holes to line it up to an F22B. the ports don't line up.
2g DSM (manual trans) injectors are 450cc. what would be wrong w/ 550cc tho? I'm running 750cc injectors on my accord.
