2006 Accord highbeam bulb = DTR Day Time Running light bulb? How?
The high beam and day time running light bulb are the same bulb. How is this achieved when the bulb is a 9007 (I believe). Is it something with the wiring or dual filament bulbs to achieve this?
I was looking to replace the DTR bulbs with JDM yellow bulbs.
I know I could just pull the bulb and look at it. BUt, rather not until I have the bulbs to replace the OEM ones.

I don't know what the correct terms are, but there is a little box somewhere under the hood that reduces the voltage. This is fairly common among cars with DRLs. Actually, it's the only way I've personally seen it done. For example, the IS300 uses a 9005 bulb for it's high beam/DRL.
