Coilover for everyday rough raods riding
if you have coil-overs you can set it to what height you want, for rough roads you should get ones with threaded shocks, not a sleeve, sometimes the sleeves break, omni looks good and I've seen em for like 650

Quality sleeves like the Ground Controls don't break unless installed the wrong way.

i got ground control on my eg coupe and the ride is great. the only time it sucked was when my shocks wore out, but thayt has nothing to do with the coilovers
CT Roads are for ****... I have GC/Konis and they're GREAT... I'm not even all the way soft and it's plenty bearable on my daily driver with 215k miles and all poly bushings.
I got nuespeed coilovers with bilstein shock and it rides not to hard for rough roads and not to soft when I drive the **** out of it. It rides better then stock.
