Default i have a exhaust manifold problem?

my manifold on my 99 si is leaking. now after i removed the heat shield i noticed that two bolts on the left side are broken off and theres carbon build coming from the corner. this is a jdm b16.... what should i do get new bolts from honda or can i do something from the parts store?.....also do i need a new gasket? thanks

depending on how the bolts broke off it may not be that easy to remove them. some generations had all studs, later ones had studs in the corners ..the rest were bolts. getting a new gasket is not a bad idea, but usually as long as the flange is flat you can reuse the metal one a million times
