Default Help I need a new ECU, I think???

I have a 95' hatch with a JDM B18C.

I have a problem: it is running too rich. de CO level is good at idle, but it gets too high when testet at higher RPM. The car runns like ****, it fires in the exhaust when i shift at 4-5000rpm, and it strugles to get to the redline. My apexi RSM shows the car has like 70-100hp and not 200-230hp as before This **** started suddenly, when driving it in the city.
There is no CEL code.

I have tried this:

New Fulefilter
new Sparkpluggs
new Dizzy
New Map sensor

Help me I'm so frustrated right now

Thanx for any reply

JDM B18C
JDM P73 OBD2a

Thnx

it works well up until 5000rpm, but it can fire in the exhaust when i shift, but other than that the car has less power. But it is good to drive below 5000rpm/vtec.

So you think it could be compresion, i have mild down the head and changed headgasket. last year.

i wouldnt say this is a ecu problem, usually when your ecu goes bad it throws a code. i would do a compression test but if it is a valve you would be down on power all the time not just a certain rpm's. could be your fuel pump?!?

I have a problem that every ECU has immobilizer in it, but soon i wil have my hands on a Hondata s300 and a harnes that will fit my car. OBD2a

Hope it will be easy to put inn a basemap and see if that helps.

A base map og b18c will run ok? or do i have to tune the basemap to test it on my car??
