navigation/tv questions??

Default navigation/tv questions??

ok so i have a jdm navi/tv my question is if the tv has a tuner box it obviously has a video in and out right?? so i should be able to hook up an external dvd player, right?? where would i get a wiring map for jdm products?? and then i have asked this questions thousand of times and but if i buy the updated cd for the navi will the navi work here in the states?? and will it work for sure cause i am not willing to pay a couple hundred bucks for something that is a maybe?? i just wanna know if anyone knows if it works for sure for sure?? thanks

It is not compatible with any aftermarket nav. Mad props for having that head unit though.

yea basically almost all of it like text the only things that are not are like the abreviations "CD" and "TV" lol... yea all japanese take a look

maybe it does have a lil english but all the menu's read in japanese...

look on the sticker on the bottom, see who the manufacturer is(alpine, pioneer, matsushita , etc.) and contact them or an authorized repair center, give them the model number and get repair schematics , or a connector pin out.

the problem here is that a mapping upgrade may not be compatible with the language packs the program uses. it would need an english language pack for the english info to work with it. (thats the usual case at least). so for now i wouldn't try to use the update cd. you could try to get honda to do the update, then if they F it up, then you can bitch at them lol.
