Default which oil to put in jdm d15b, 5w30 or 10w30??

ive heard both but wasn't sure which i should use.

10w is what Ive always used and worked perfect with

Im pretty positive thats whats recommened aswell

The difference between 5w-30 and 10w-30 is that the 5w flows more easily at cold temperatures. At warm temperatures they flow the same. That's it.

Either one is fine.

Honda has been using 5w30 since the mid 80s. It's what I use all year round. About 3.3-3.5L and you should be good.
