is it necessary to change the vavles, springs and retainers if i get my cams sent to webcams for regrind?...i was just wondering coz i'll be sending my cams to webcams tomorrow and what would i expect (gains ) in a h23 automatic?...any help would be very useful..is it worth on even getting the cams regrind if i have an automatic?...thanks..

well the valve lift is .390, duration in degrees= 230, duration @.050degrees= 210, grind number=620+5...is that good to handle the stock vavles or do i need to replace the springs, valves, and retainers?...

the only thing that you could maybe have to replace are the springs..
but that will depend on the RPM you intend to run at..and how much more lift will ur new cams have..

 

well as much as possible i want it to be the same 6500rpm...the lift on the cams will be .390...so would that be ok....
