I know that you cannot turbocharge and supercharge a vehicle because i would have seen someone do it by now, but why cant you?

both can be done, its just pointless the only people that I would expect to have a blower and turbo is someone that was in the fast and the furious, those two mods qould go real well with the "motec system exhaust and the stand alone fuel management system"

In my opinion, its pointless. It seems like JRSC can only boost 8-13psi, but a turbo can boost well over 30psi. Since a turbo has to come before a supercharger, why boost 30psi into something that can only boost 13psi? It won't add up to 43psi. The supercharger will be seen as an obstruction to the 30psi wanting to go into the engine and you'll probably just end up with 10psi of boost with 43psi worth of effort. No scientific data here, so I could be way off. I'm just thinking it over logically, if its logical to begin with.

HKS did it to a Type R. It was in Super Street. The turbo was responsible for about .6-.8 bar while the blower accounts for about .3-.4 of boost. When boost was maxed out at 1.5 bar(22 psi) the motor made 442 whp.

super turbo setups have been around forvere. HKS sells a T04E kit for AE86 that use AE92 Supercharger engines. A lot of military and industrial vehicles use twin charger setups. The USMC "dragon wagon" transport vehicle uses a monsterous turbo that is spooled by a monsterous supercharger.

The best Honda Stuper charger/turbo setup would be a Vortec/turbo combo since the Vortec isn't connected directly to the intake manifold like the JRSC and can feed the turbo.

Wouldnt you easily blow out your head gasket if you put both on at once? I always thought it'd take a special head/head gasket to be doing those mods together.

and why would you blow your head gasket? boost is boost! If you boost past the limits of the engine things will break but 10psi with a super-turbo setup is the same as 10psi with a single turbo or single stuper charger. The difference is there will not be any lag and you will give a larger boosted rpm range!
