Default loose timing belt, milled head, lsvtec

hey guys, finally got my car running and need just a little more help. My engine is a ls/vtec(si) turbo. After taking my whole motor apart and putting it back together to fix a piston i noticed my timing belt is pretty loose on the exhaust side. i tightened my tensioner so i know thats not it and the timing is correct. So I'm thinking since my head was milled about .04", that that might have something to do with it, or it might be because its a lsblock with a si head. does anyone else have a similar case and know how to fix this? Is this ok to drive on?

When you install a belt, take out all the slack of the exhaust side first then go over the intake side. Your tensioner should be able to take up the slack. I also use a hanger to pull up on the tensioner to get it a little tigher. Don't put it to tight.
