Default blowing (15a) ECU fuse on 95 EG

Whats up,
i put this into another thrad, but got no responces <------ !!
my buddy has a b16 in his eg hatch, gsr harness...

it keeps blowing ecu fuses....
it happens when he goes around corners (which makes me think its a loose wire rubbing on something, possible a power wire rubbing the frame?)

he has a VAFC in it (Crimed not soldered in the interior), and vtec hard wired (Crimped and shrimk wrapping in the interior), i know the engine harness is all done right, i did it, and everything is soldered and shrink wrapped....

I am simply out of ideas... Someone help me, help him!

Update: I took out the vafc (reoldiered and shrink wrapped now) May 31st 1:46pm

I searched for you and saw a trend. Usually it was a wire that was touching an engine part (ie IM) or chassis and melted off the side of it, making it ground the ecu. I say go through your harness and look for any wires touching metal.

expletive i hate these damn problems. i have the same problem except different fuse. I say check the places where you touch (VAFC, VTEC). maybe the back of the VAFC is grounding out, or a hot wire is left unwrapped

Sounds to me that the culprit might have to do with a Vafc wiring. Go through the wiring again. My best advise would be solder and heat shrink. Turns out better in the long run.

Exact same problem happened to me when a passenger accident pulled the VAFC wiring on my ECU. I fixed it, but wasn't sure what the problem was. I think it was the ground wiring on the VAFC was going to the wrong wire.

Triple check the wiring.
