Big drop...which Camber kit? (plain and simple)

Default Big drop...which Camber kit? (plain and simple)

as the title says...i searched the topic and it so much yada ya da...that it got me all confused my suspension setup is neuspeed race and koni yellows on a 5th gen...so whcih camber kit should i go with for a big dropp 2" +

anyways spc is another

edit: and if you did do some research, you should get an alignment FIRST and then buy the right camber kit choice. then get a re-alignment to have them set correctly

SPC extreme camber kit will put your camber back in spec (zeroed out). but here's the kicker - the fronts will hit the inside of your shock tower and dent them (covered in lots of threads on this forum) and eventually pop a hole in it. you're probably better off with the regular SPC or Progress joints and just living with some negative camber. -1.0 is better for handling and has minimal effect on tire wear anyways. I would bet you could get by with 1.0 - 1.5 degrees correction (which should put you at -1.0 deg or just over).

notice that i said i did search..but there is so much blabber over everything that it was confusing..so i wanted to know plain and simple for those with big dropps...

well i got about the same drop

negative 1.5 all the way around........no camber kit. tires aren't really wearing out that bad and its been about a year since i've had them.

youve got about the same dropp? does that mean that if i get a good place to align my car...maybe i can get to -1.5 all round without a camber kit?

yea i know ill get flammed for this...but i havent had a chance to look into it...

there isnt that many good places around here...that do a good job...
