Default Went for tune but no fuel in one cylinder then suddenly no spark?

So last night I went to have my car tuned. He was trying to get it to idle on the larger injectors and was having problems with it dieing out after running for 30 sec or so. Finnally go it to hold a little better but then realised that cylinder #4 wasnt getting any fuel.

Checked resistance on the injectors, all good. All injector wires also have power.
In order to test the injector, swapped the wire/clip from injector 3 to 4. Went to start it..nothing. Pull the plugs, ground them, no spark.

All fuses were checked, cap and rotor checked, ecu swapped. Nothing fixed it and there are no CEL codes.

Any ideas?

Try running it with some stock injectors maybe! See if it's the wiring or the injectors.

I dont think its the injector since it had proper resistance. Is it possible for an injector to be toast and still give a proper resistance reading?

Yes just try another set or stock like Raene suggested.
