Bs are a little hot for a stock motor as well. If you go with Bs, you will need more compression to make them run their best. Although Vegeta got 196 out of Bs on a stock bottom end.

Don't take this the wrong way, but judging from the questions you are asking, such as "do I need to tune spec bs on a dyno, and "can I use stock valvesprings with spec bs", I definitely do not think these are the right cams for you. If you are hellbent on getting some aftermarket cams, I would suggest toda As for your setup. And yes, you still need to tune them on the dyno..............
toda!!!
SgT's dyno of A's with different tunings.

Spoon are very reliable
but what is your goal , if you compare Toda A and spoon there almost the same , i believe that spoon has more duration then the Toda spec A .
but if you want more gains then that go with Toda B's you need more to make them work properly but you'll have some nice gains .

Just get the Spec B, you will love it. For the same amount of money, why spend it on something that will give you less power. If you worry about idle, just get the JUN 3.
Well I can think of several reasons. For one, he might not have access to a good tuner. Secondly, he might not like changing his timing belt every 30k miles. Idle, fuel economy, etc................
