The right two look like they've seen coolant. Yellow/green glaze on the ceramic. Might just be heat discoloration.

Too many miles to get a decent read like you can on fresh plugs, but what I can make out of the heat mark on the ground strap on the second (from the left) looks good. If the threads are at all discolored, I am wrong - do I make out an "8" on that one plug... at 30 psi? What plugs are those?

The same (second) plug also looks like it has a tiny speck on it?? Maybe?

You can tell the first plug is running a bit richer by the soot in the well, but the ceramic is still clean so it's a transitory issue. How do you have your individual cylinder trims set?

yeah no coolant issues , and I dont have them in order , the one on the left end is cycl #3 so and from day one of haveing a stock motor they looked like that from #3 , also they are 8's NGK , I didnt tune my car , just mainly wanted to know how they looked from running on race gas (c12) , and the spekaled look is ash it comes off with your fingure think I should go to 7's on race gas ???? I was told it would not hurt to do so

Plug selection is a wierd thing in JoeyWorld.

I've touched stock B16 with .50 T3/T04E @ 8 psi running 8's. Even after adjusting individual cylinder trims the #1 plug was super cold and looked like it would rather run a seven. #3 was full hot, discolored the first couple threads, wanted a freaking 9. #2 and #4 liked the 8's in the engine. Stock geometry LS/VTEC making 300 whp @ 12 psi, .57 trim T3/T04E, liked 7's. 2.0/VTEC, T67, 15 psi, overheated 8's and went straight to 10's because I had no 9's on hand... it likes them fine, they burn clean and don't foul.

Those look like R5671A-8. If you have more on hand, keep running them. If you have to buy them, get R5672A-8... the 2's stick the center electrode a little further out in the chamber which allows for better flame propigation on a turbo engine.

Anyway. Aside from the discoloration on the two rightmost plugs, which is probably due to mileage on them, I'm not seeing anything that makes me think you have a problem. If the threads aren't heat discolored I'd stick with the 8's. If you get a chance to get some big glossy pics before the plugs have 10 or so miles on them, do so. That's the prime time to read them.
