Default No Horn = No Cruise Control ??

Ok I thought I remember reading somewhere about someones cruise not working then one day they installed the horn and it was working??

My crusie light will come on when I push the button but thats about it. I tried fixing the the pedal where there is suppose to be a piece of rubber under dash for the sensor, but no luck with cruise. So could maybe the problem be that I have no horn at all? When I pop off the cover there is nothing there. Any help would be great thanks

the horn and the cruise control are on the same fuse, if i remember right. go under your hood and check the fuse box for blown fuses...

Could have something to do with the cable reel (plugs not connected) when you removed your airbag.

I have a 92 LS. I don't think it came standard with a air bag? and I also did not remove any of it. It is the way I bought the car but I remember the guy saying he like to try and do some of his own work and he was messing around with some electrical stuff.

Where is this cable reel located?

If you don't have an airbag on the oem steering wheel. Will your horn work? Or what do you have to do to make your horn work.

I have a 98 LS with the same problem right now. I put in a new steering column and have not been able to use the cc or horn since. I do have an airbag and the srs light is on, what can you do wrong to the clock spring to cause all of this?

When I removed my cruise control switch (box connected to the right of the steering wheel), my horn stopped working. I placed it back and the horn was fine.

It is needed for the horn to work, in my dc2.
