Default Car almost done—now it won't start

I just finished doing a huge list of mods:
fuel filter
fuel pump
shocks/springs
full DA brake swap

But now i can't get it to start. When I turn the key over, I can hear the fuel pump pressurize (walbro fuel pumps are LOUD). No fuel leaks anywhere. I've got fuel pressure coming to the fuel rail. When I try to start it it just cranks endlessly without catching. Although I can hear the exhaust a little bit for like 1-2 milliseconds every 2-4 seconds while I'm turning it over. I checked and you can see tiny puffs of white smoke coming out the exhaust.

I've got plenty of spark. Engine is in good shape—no compression problems. It hasn't been running for a WHILE.

Only thing I can think of is the injectors. Could they be cloged so bad the car won't start???

since the car has'nt started in a WHILE....I would suggest new plugs and wires (check for oil on the plugs, check the electrodes, MAKE sure all wires are seated on thier perspective plugs/dizzy points! Correct firing order SHOULD be 1-3-4-2 (assuming your motor is still stock? I'd personally replace them, especially depending on how long is a while!!) Also, check all the grounds and the main relay (which I doubt since you are hearing the fuel pump, but still, check it out anyways! http://www.tegger.com/hondafaq/faq.html#startrun ) Also, check to make sure that you have your fuel lines on the fuel filter correctly! I've heard that haveing them on wrong WILL prevent the car from running.

Check those out, then let us know whats up from there!

UPDATE: Everything is good electrically—plugs, firing order, etc. Main relay is solid. I'm using an AEM high-flow fuel filter for a 95 civic. I've got the input on the top, and the output on the bottom. All sealed with gasline rated teflon tape and connected with brass fittings.

Still haven't checked the injectors though. I'm kinda reluctant to do it b/c when you undo the service bolt to relieve fuel pressure, gas pisses everywhere.

I doubt the injectors are clogged. How could they be clogged just sitting there for 2+ years?

UPDATE #2: There's been confusion. Plug #2 isn't firing. Could one plug not firing cause the engine not to start?

This looks like probably a worn dizzy, no?

well, I can start my car with only 3 plugs..it'll run kinda rough, but starts and runs...Are you sure your not getting a spark? You try changing plugs and wires, as this would be a good suggestion for a car sitting for two years...and did you check for certain fuel filter has the lines on the right ways? Also, you can undo the service bolt just a tad and see if it does leak fuel...if it continues to leak fuel at a steady stream with the key turned to on (fuel pump running) then its probly not a fuel issue unless you find something with your injectors...which it could be....and check the cap and rotor too...those are fairly cheap to replace (i just did mine last weekend and it was like $9 all together or so)

And, the worst thing you can do to a car, besides abuse the thing, is let it sit! I've always heard of horror stories from sitting cars! Water/moisture can build up in the fuel lines, rats/rodents can chew wires, seals can dry up and crack...etc.
