Default timming off

i got a sohc and my timing jumped and i have no clue on how 2 set the timming can anyone help please everyone says its not hard but noone can tell me how to do it

loosen the three bolts that hold the dizzy, and at a warm idle shoot a timing light at the crank pulley. then rotate the dizzy until the light flashes right on the middle mark on the pulley. then the timing is at stock.
