Do I need a camber kit?
you'll be fine with an alignment, be sure to specify that you'd like the toe to be zero'd out.
that's the number one cause of premature tire wear

you want to align the toe to 0. toe adjusts the tires this way:

the camber isnt the main issue when it comes to wearing out the tires. If you are running around pigeon toed, your gonna wear them out in no time.

slightly through an alignment. But you cant do much changes with the camber. You can however correct your toe 100%
you would need a camber kit to make large adjustments.

take your car to an alignment shop after you lower the car and see what they say. some race/performance shops can do alignments without camber kits. the race shop i take my car to actually prefers not to work with camber kits and will charge you an extra $50 if you have one ("its just one more extra suspension part that has to be adjusted" they told me. i gladly took my car home, removed the camber kit and brought it back to them the next day).
i dropped my 5th gen lude on neuspeed sport and i got an alignment, my front camber was -1.5 left, -2.0 right, my bak were ok not that big. im thinkin of getting balljoint camber kit for teh front not sure yet.
some alignment guys like to set some toe in in the rear because the rear tends to toe out at speed. a certain amount of toe in is in spec for rear anyway.
in my personal experience, you don't really need a camber kit unless your camber is either:
uneven between sides (possible causing a pull)
above 2 degrees (gives minimal camber wear above that)
