NO Start
I have a 1991 CRX with a dohc zc enigine. The engine has spark and fuel. I am not a 100% sure if it’s getting enough pressure but I took off the cap at the end of the fuel rail and then turned the ignition on and a bunch of fuel dumped out. I used a spark plug tester to 20 and it jumped the gap fine. I checked the battery voltage and it’s normal. The battery thermals are clean. I also check for blown fuses and I didn’t find any. The car has been sitting for a little over a month. Before it wouldn’t start the battery light came on and it was charging at 14 volts at idle and would go all the way up to 17 volts when you raise engine rpm. I drove it home a short distance and then parked it. I came back later that night and tried to start it and it started. I let it sit a week and it wouldn’t start. Also the first time I pulled the spark plugs the top of them was covered in oil I thinks it’s the valve cover gasket but every one is telling me that wouldn’t cause the car not to start. I am not sure what else to check if any one has any idea’s thanks
