someone help me solve my clutch/tranny problem!!!!
Im hoping this is my clucth master or slave cyldinder, but it might also be my throw out bearing. Most of the time when i try to shift i have uneven pedal pressure and trouble getting the car into gear. Today i started my car (in neutral) and couldnt get it into any gear. i had to shut it off and start it in first. When i turned the car off the clucth pedal didnt release, and a couple seconds later i heard the pedal pop back. this tells me its probably by master or slave cylinders. however when i have the clutch pedal pressed i hear a whine like my throwout bearing is bad (but i only hear the whine when i have trouble shifting which isnt 100% of the time). if i havent driven it for a while i can shift fine for a couple minutes before it gets bad, and it seems like the longer time between drives, the longer it goes before it gets hard to shift. i need to get this problem fixed ASAP. thanks in advance

no leaks aroung master cylineder. have someone else sit in car and push pedal. lift back on the boot and actually watch the slave cylinder push the fork.
