which ecu for my obd1 conversion?

which ecu for my obd1 conversion?
well im converting my obd0 ls swap to obd1. i have a few choices for ecus. obd1 pr4, p75, or the p28 and i have to disable vtec or soemthing. probly be going with either the pr4 or the p75. does it matter which one i get?
