i want the biggest one that fits without alot of modification

 

define a lot of modification....as it not hackin up the bumper support?

Thats what I have and it didnt take much trimming and fit the bumper opening perfect!

Where did everyone get their intercooler from, that was approx that size?
I don't want to spend $500+ on a precision 600hp.

Precision 600hp cause be picked up for $365. you can pick up the 750hp for $450.

 

Yeah I need some help on this topic also.

 

3.5 x 28 x 6 ebay intercooler... i didn't want to trim bumper support,

i wouldn't go with anything taller (maybe 6.5?) unless you want it to be the lowest point underneath the car, you might want to cut bumper frame. i did have to cut bumper cover but if you take your time trimming it will look right
