i jus swapped my eg hatch w a 94 gsr swap .everything went in good,but once i put my shift lin kage on i noticed the shifting was kinda wierd...so this is my problem..lets say i shift it into 1st gear it still moves arounnd like if it was in neutral but its still in gear.and it does it for every gear except reverse.and sometines im scared to down shift cuz itd hard to tell what gear im going into.im jus tryin to see if any 1 has this problem or knows how to fix it.i really need the help.thankls!!!

 

are the shifter bushings warn? the shifter will have exessive wobble while in gear if the bushings are shot.

 

the linkage that the shifter connects to is probably not tightened all the way
