Default header too long?

well i have this header made for a ls, and i recently purchased a skunk2 exhuast for my hatch. i bought a highflow cat for my car as well and i was gonna put em on at the same time. when i tried with the highflow cat, my exhaust did not line up with the rubber mounts at all so im still using my stock cat, and the exhaust is still misaligned in the passenger rear section before the final few bends. do i need a b16 header for it to work?

probably cheaper & easier to take it to a exhuast shop, let them figure it out.

I dont understand why the rubber hangers dont line up?? The hangers are on the resinator and not the cat. So if you bolt up the exhaust like normal and hook up all the hangers it should fit perfect. Then try and hook the cat and header up. If they dont line up or its not long enough take it to the exhaust shop.

make sure you have your exhuast put on right. If you have that mid pipe hung upside down noothing will line up, there is a slight bend in it, and it will cause everything to be misaligned. if your high flow cat has a heatsheild make sure it is pointing up towards the car and not the ground... seems kinda basic but it will mess everything up if it's not.
