Okay so yesterday i bought a FOCUZ cat back exhaust and header.
I was installing everything and everything was going fine, header went on perfectly and matched up well.

When it came down to putting on the FOCUZ exhaust , it seemed like i was short 5 inches.WTF!!

I was wondering if anyone knew if i need to buy a different catalytic converter since i still have the stock one on.
Anyone else have this problem? And do you know if i need different cat converter?
Also, does the resonator hook up to header first or does cat converter and then resonator? Thanks

my FOCUZ exhaust fitted perfect except the hangers...looks like u will have to get some custom pipe welded to fix the short

Your cat should connect to the header, and the cat-back should connect to the cat, that's why it is called a cat-back. The resonator should already be in the B-pipe of the cat-back. If not, weld one up. Sounds like you either got the wrong header or exhaust if it doesn't bolt up, but what do you expect for the price you paid. Some systems include an adapter to bridge the gap you speak of between the different model years.
