lol dumb title but on my boosted teg i drove the passenger side axle and then i couldnt move the car, now i have a quaife lsd, why wouldnt the tranny make both axles spin?

however when i turn the passenger axle the drivers wheel will turn

 

because it is not a locking diff. it a torson diff whic transfers power via a gear-set. it does actually distribute the power 50-50 like a locker would.
