aight im gettin my block fully built for turbo and i was wondering wat kind of valvetrain you guys are running on ur vtec heads...im in the process of getting my head built also and i dont know which route to go...JG? Ferrea? omni? supertech? please let me know which ones are best and which ones you guys are running

i heard supertech is coo...just wanted to see wat other options were

 

im using omni

 

I like the supertech valve springs/retainers, but I have seen problems with there valves breaking in a few cases
