Default TB screw adjustments

I have a D16Z6 with an idling problem: the engine drops off when the RPM dips too low.

so i had a question abou tthe throttle body screw. To raise the idle, do i turn it clock-wise or counter-clockwise?

I know its such a simple question, but an answer would help out alot!

Thanks

It's a needle valve, usually counter-clockwise would increase idle speed.

Check the procedure for setting base idle (depends on model & year), you may want to warm it up, jumper the SCS connector, & unplug the IACV.
