If the EH has it in the same place as the DCs, it should be like a couple inches under the driver's side vent. Just take off the kick panel.

I found the main relay. Is it in the same place as the main relay?

the PGM-FI relay is the main relay. it controls the fuel pump and power to the ECU and a few engine sensors.

in the schematic for the fuel system there is a relay/resistor between the main relay and the fuel pump. It was labeled PGM-FI relay/resistor.

after reviewing the EG manual I'm at a loss what resistor/relay you are refering to.
there is a resistor and diode to feed back to the other coil of the relay to switch it on if there is a signal missing.
But that is internal to the main relay.

if you have the helm manual what page are you looking at?

I went to honda dealer today. One of there service techs told me that sometimes the ECU can just **** the bed. I didn't think that was what happened so I went home and started tinkering with it. I came to a dead end, until my buddy came over and we tried jumpering that diagnostic plug on the passenger side. No code thrown. The book says code 0 ECU failure and we weren't sure so we went and got his B16A ECU just to see what would happen. We hooked it up and BAM the damn thing started and ran. I didn't drive it though cause the B16A ECU threw a code but the engine was still running. I think that the B16A P30 ECU thew a code because it couldn't find the VTEC solenoid. Therefore bringing us to the conclusion that my ECU had failed. I also discovered that the ECU used by the prior owner for the swap was the P06 from the oringinal engine. So I am now waiting for P75 ECU for the LS engine that is in the car.
