have you tried looking at your distributer, it may be the problem.

ok when it is about to die it starts to back fire, and will slowly roll to a stop and die. then it wont start back up until it cools off. this happend to me awhile ago and it threw a code 15 then i replaced the dizzy and the code went away. now i have no codes it just dies

Could be a main relay. I'll sell you one for 40 shipped.

When it cools down it would start again if the main relay was just going out and not completely shot.

Just remember just becuase its new doesnt mean its not another bad distributer, also when you got the distributer did it come hole with coil and igniter or did you re use your old coil and ignitor? I never use after market replacement distributers when it comes to a Honda too many problems. Factory is the way to go Sounds like to me the coil is goin bad
