thing above the oil filter

anyone know how to post up pics on this thing.

I need help but can't explain it without the pic.

its something above the oil filter on a d15. it has wires runnin to it.

doesn't look like it has connectors.

its the oil pressure sensor i beleive. it should have one wire going to it. and should be a little metal nipple thing.

1 wire is oil pressure sensor.

2 wire is radiator fan switch.

pry off the black rubber boot to get to the connector. its usually hard and brittle after so many years and wont come off before you break it. but underneath is a regular butt connector(s).

yeah it has 2 wires runnin to it.

do I just keep pullin on it till it comes out?

go to photobucket.com then just follow the steps and you just copy and paste.

should I just use a wrench and remove the whole senor/switch?

where the wires are going in

those are the connectors just pull them out

yeah, jsut use some pliers and pry off the connectors (yellow things). dont pull the wires, or else youll have to solder new connectors on.
