Default Squealing =[

Whats up,
yea so for the past 2 days ive been getting this horrible squealing noise when i start my motor. I have a b16 in an excoupe.

It only happens during startup and varies from 1-3 seconds. the noise quickly goes away but it soudns ******* gross and its REALLY loud. I tried listening to where the noise might be coming from but its so loud i cant really tell. I doubt it has anything to do with my tranny cuz well when im startin up im not movin lol. its also not a pulley or anything cuz they all have good clearance... I dont know if this is relavent but i think my pilot bushing and/or throwout bearing needs to be replaced because if i ever happen to ride my clutch a little it squeals... anyhelp would be greatly greatly appreciated.. thanks

could also be your timing belt rubbing against the plastic timing belt cover.

it's possibly the A/c Idler pulley...that's what I have in mine. Honda belts never break(at least I've never seen it happen) so you prolly don't need to replace any of those, tighten if anything.
