Fmu
Running a Fmu, Will it blow my car up with a t25 and 6 Psi of boost. Stock internals on a d16a6. Side mount intercooler, 2.5 piping, colder plugs gapped .30.. I want it to be safe... I dont want to put it on unless it will be.

post this in the forced induction section or search about dynos/tuners in your area.

fmu and inline fuel pump setup is fine for only 6psi..dont forget to retard the timing a bit..people dog the fmu setup all the time,,its mostly because they're idiots on a bandwagon,,but its also because there is so many tuning programs for hondas now days,,and some are even free,,..but at the same time not everyone lives by a tuner so they dont really have a choice..
also how do you make a t25 boost only 6psi..? isnt the internal gate on them things set at like 9-10psi.??

it depends what disc is in the fmu.
ive seen very reliable fmu setups.
its not the most high tech solution, but better than nothing. If its the proper rising rate fuel regulator/

I have a boost controller, turn dial up or down to set it at wat you need ? Check it with a boost gauge. Wat all my dsm friends do. Im using all dsm turb stuff, The mani is pacesetter, but i customized it, t25 and side mount are also from the dsm. I Can't wait to finish it, i finally got my job at kraftmaid, it will b finished soon.. I will get pics asap

Yo ucan turn the boost up, but you can't turn it down below what the stock wastegate is set at. Like Speaker said, I too have also seen T25s at a min. of 8psi.
Running at low boost on an FMU, stock injectors and an inline pump will work fine.

yeah thats what i thought...i guess you would need to cut the wastegate spring or get a different one to get lower boost..
